Happy, healthy and prosperous New Year to everyone! I usually steer clear of resolutions but I am going to try to embrace posting and spreading positive vibes in 2025!

Bluesky now has over 10 million users, and I was #6,127,162!

So - am being completely honest. In “the other place” I was very much a consumer of other people’s content. But I would like to find my voice here. Especially as it seems a little less hostile. But it still feels a bit like I am talking to myself…. I’m assuming other introverts have the same angst?

Am really keen to get a feel on here for where people go to first if they want to learn more about their health issues?

I spent a short time on Threads to see where others were migrating. Has anyone else tried it? It feels very odd over there. A veneer of friendliness and wholesomeness but actually something less pleasant lurking beneath?

Trying to find my functional medicine tribe on here but so far failing…..
