Ugh it probably comes down to "it‘s some virus here have some Tylenol" 🙃 he‘s doing a bit better today so hoping for the best!

Ugh yeah not keen on the copper iud because MORE cramps/bleeding? No thanks. And not a fan of the hormones either because they make me depressed but yeah menopause is kinda still a long way off so need a solution??
