MLUPA 3/5: Breaking restrictive zoning! MLUPA requires cities to adopt at least 5 of 14 pro-homes strategies to increase housing supply. This targets "missing middle" housing like duplexes, fourplexes, and ADUs, making them legal to build in more neighborhoods. Time to diversify the housing stock.
