No state is immune from the threats of climate change, even if your governor or local official doesn't believe in it. Luckily, scientists are working hard to help states identify where/how they will be impacted the most. Your state probably has a summary of threats expected....go find it now!

In 2006, we determined that climate change would drive "consistent shifts in Santa Ana events from earlier to later in the season" and said this "may significantly increase the extent of CA coastal areas burned by wildfires, loss of life, and property."
