I think I hear people say good things about Poliigon

I find it annoying how some people default to products like Adobe because they aren't even aware there are other options. If you just looked you'd find there's stuff that's free or perpetual license that's at least good enough to do what you need. I've never felt limited by relying on open source.

I didn't find Borderlands 1 funny but I actually was ok with that because A: it wasn't trying so hard, you didn't have a quip every 5 seconds. and B: It fit the world? its a harsh desert planet where people go nuts after years of isolation, so it fits that they say off things they think are funny.

These look so good I love how gloomy they are. The way the moon is drawn in the second one makes it look like a hole in the ceiling of the world.
