Not leaking is kinda number 1.
Good quality tapes is #2.
I'd say that the biggest thing that affects my choice is the look. I've tried a lot of "cute" diapers, and keep coming back to the ones that work the best.
I'd love to see designs on Megamax Airlocks. That would probably lock me to them.
