What's wrong with being good at your job?

Out side, hikes, the garden and art. 💕

Apparently I'm 9/10 intimidating (context I'm a 5"2 woman leading tech teams in the public sector). My response: if they were better at their jobs they wouldn't have a problem with me.

Isn't it worry and/fear if it is valid? And anxiety if it persists without reasonable cause? I mean, we could debate those terms but that's how I understand it
