The best part of it is that when I come back to drawing, I always have new things to add to it because of the new experiments I carry back from the artblock phase =)
I can also suggest to read books, play video games, trying an instrument.. Inspiration can come from many places =)

what I would advice first is to stop insist on trying to draw when having an art block (this is, of course not the solution for Professional artists tho) But what your brain needs is fresh air. You need to feed it with some new experimentations.
I always use artblocks to try out bunch of things =)
