imo plastic is easier for long term wear and chafing. You just have to be diligent about showering and washing.

To stop the falling out sometimes getting a bigger or smaller cage can help. It’s easy to be on either side of the right fit.

Without that I could just smash the ice n refreeze the key before having to send a check in pic the next day. With that it acts as an authenticator. I can’t replicate that exact squiggle. Also idk if I could get that thin piece of plastic out of ice and refrozen in the same way without damaging it
