I let us make a bear in therapy. It got a bit squished in my bag on the way home though. I also gave therapist a clay ladybird that we made for her the other day. I think she liked it. And yes, I feel very vulnerable & drained now. But I’m glad I let little D be there for a bit. I’m trying my best.

I played with play-doh in my appointment. I felt really weird about it because I knew it was a conscious choice I’d made in my head before I even got there. So I was scared it wasn’t OK. But I made ladybirds, snails & a snowman. Therapist let me bring home a ladybird:
