This (below) is true & like spoon theory but right now fatigue is not even giving me quarter of a jug. At least I have energy to be grateful for the comfort of little things - to scroll @bsky.app in search of #cats 😹 but I wish I could see real Bluesky #chronicillness #fatigue #migraine #hemiplegia

Amen to this! I am itching to get some fresh air and desperate to not be stuck inside in pain and fatigue, unable to do anything. Oh for a normal life!

My cat, Dorie, saved my life, she was there at the lowest points, faithfully there to remind me if I could love her as I did I could love myself. I miss her so much.
