My first instinct would be a color-bock sweater, bu I guess that'd be too much at first. ABU cap is a great way to be "stealthy" about it, maybe a scarf with some fun prints, or an overall instead of pants, since you'd be concealing the top part with your sweater.

What sizing issues? I, for one, really like that ABU has sizes in the 42 - 44" range (I find the 48" larges of Tykables and alike too large if not boosted/doubled). And most brands have 36" as their M sizes.
