Ahaha I just did that and it only took like 45 minutes but they transferred me four times! Each time saying 'oh I can't do that, let me send you to the person who can.'

Also where are they getting flocks of Carolina wrens but no sparrows, finches, chickadees, juncos, etc? Maybe they accidentally bought Carolina wren food and are just seeing the same 2-3 birds?

They really want to get you into that courthouse. Once you get that postcard you're going to go eventually. Even if you get the night before notice of 'we don't need you,' your name goes right back in the pool and you can get that mail again immediately.
