No, what you replied to is this. Someone pointing out changes GPEW has been undertaking to improve their standing with the trans community juxtaposed against the complete and utter silence from YP on trans issues. It is the heart of my entire thread and you literally just did the thing I described.

So when myself and others demand answers on where Your Party stands on trans rights, it is -beyond- frustrating that we are told to wait until the members vote at conference on their position. A -position- on trans rights is how to make healthcare easier to access, not if we should have rights.

The screenshot is of a post from Your Party Scotland that says, "Your Party Scotland has yet to form and decide its policies at our founding conference. So we don't have any formal policies yet. But I would be astonished if, once we have, those questions will be addressed. Trans Liberation and rent control supporters are both very active in Your Party." Your Party Scotland then responds to this individual's comment and screenshot with "Until Your Party Scotland has formally constituted itself and made democratic decisions, we are not in a position to comment on much of anything unfortunately. In the meantime I'm sure individual YP activists will be happy to share their individual views with you."

I read this garbage. They define their dataset by saying “it was a terrorist event if we say it was”, then claim there were 5 left wing events and only 1 right wing this year. Their conclusion by the end is “both sides need to tone down the rhetoric”. What a bunch of horseshit.

The actual GRC simply states some identifying info, that I am the gender shown on the cert, and then this blurb at the bottom mirroring the GRA2004
This certificate is issued in pursuance of the Gender Recognition Act 2004. By section 9 of the Gender Recognition Act, the person to whom this certificate has been issued is for all purposes the gender shown. Valid only if sealed or stamped by an issuing authority under the Gender Recognition Act 2004.

Just got my GRC in the mail and it included a massive packet of info from the gov’t. Tucked away in that packet is this paragraph.

The whole of the EHRC BS is predicated on my comparator in the EA2010 being a man. The gov’t has now told me my comparator is a woman in this information.

Discrimination Under the Equality Act 2010, it is unlawful discrimination for a person with the protected characteristic of gender reassignment - a transsexual person - to receive unfavourable treatment in employment or in the provision of services (except in some very limited circumstances). Once a person has been granted a full Gender Recognition Certificate they have the same rights and responsibilities as their legally acquired gender. So for instance, an employer must treat a transsexual woman with a Gender Recognition Certificate equally with other female employees when it comes to pay. As the same Act prohibits discrimination because of sex, the employer must also treat that person, as a woman, no less favourably than a man.

The results of a poll showing that 44% of people believe Trump will make food and grocery prices go down, 35% of people will make them go up, and 21% of people believe they will not change. The results of a survey showing that 83% of Trump voters are in favour of US placing higher tariffs on imported goods and 17% of Trump voters opposing that. It also shows that of everyone surveyed, 52% favour the US imposing higher tariffs on imported goods, with 42% of all respondents opposed to this.
