I don't draw as seriously as I used to after hurting my shoulder but I thought I'd join in. I like to doodle birds and fantasy/scifi stuff. I still draw every day on my blog, but its usually stick figures doing stupid funny things. Next goal: landscapes, try other art media/programs

I just finished reading Tower of Fools. It was ok. Very heavy on history, with a little magic thrown in. The parts where dozens of people get name dropped and never mentioned again took all my focus to power through.

Went to Paradise Bakery and Cuban Food in Belleview, Florida yesterday and got the lunch special. The people that run that place are so dang nice. Their guava pastries are amazing.

I'm looking to get a new bird cage for my budgie. Are there any reputable brands out there that still design the classic square top cages that aren't super narrow and tall? One easy to pick up and move in case of an emergency?

A few years ago I went to Ziggy's Haven Bird Sanctuary in Inverness, Florida and saw this magnificent small fluffy beast. He was very serious about protecting his girlfriends.

My Trek 90's mountain bike that was given to me. Cleaned it and brought it to Santos Bike Shop in Ocala to get some new shifter cables and a safety check. Rides pretty good. My first bike in several years so I'm fairly rusty.
