So essentially they have learned NOTHING from Mamdani's campaign.
Stop only telling voters who to be angry at. Tell them what things you want them to have instead. Giving voters something to WANT is what gets them to the polls!

I thought it was worth the sacrifice, and I was happy to be uncomfortable for a bit if it meant people could afford healthcare coverage.
It's mostly just disappointing that elected Democrats couldn't be bothered to make the same sacrifice they were asking us to make. That's where my anger lives.

It felt weirdly healthy to not have to pretend we were living normal days with a normal weekly routine for awhile. It was nice to be able to just drop the pretense and live in the moment of how fucked up everything is.

Happy the government is open for services again I guess, I know people were hurting, but damn if a part of me wouldn't just rather just stay hunkered away in my apartment continuing my furlough sewing and gaming until something remotely resembling "normal" returns.

Facebook was arguably the worst thing ever created for the internet. It made the internet way too accessible to too many people who did not have the critical thinking skills to know how to use it wisely. And we're all paying the price for that.

As someone who gets yearly MRIs now, you don't get one without a reason. If he needs one at all, he's not in "exceptional physical health" unless they mean exceptionally BAD.
