Alice, one of our more elderly boarders, had a relaxing stay with us this week — and surprised her owners by laying eggs shortly after returning home!
Tortoises are reptiles, which means they lay eggs. Even without a male present, females can still lay unfertilised eggs! 🐢🥚

Alice, one of our more elderly boarders, had a relaxing stay with us this week — and surprised her owners by laying eggs shortly after returning home!
