I’m a strict constitutionalist when it comes to classic recipes. No Appletinis, no spaghetti AND meatballs, no Chicken Caesar, and no dairy aside from Parmesan Cheese in Pasta Alfredo ( which is generally unavailable in Italy outside of Ristorante Alfredo).
