I think they’ve set it up so that you see “recommended” tweets when you open the app and it picks the ones most likely to offend or upset because they’ll get the most engagement. Some of the comments I’ve seen make me wonder whether they’re real people or bots programmed to be horrible.

I so want to do this. I really want to delete my Twitter account but my brain is stopping me for some reason. I’ve met some amazing people there but also seen some absolutely vile stuff.

I wish you all the normality you need. Yeah, I know the roads have been awful. I was up visiting family at the weekend but got the train which was ok. Make sure you look after yourself, it’s too easy to forget self care and it’s so important.
