when telling the leader I'm quitting, I specified I don't want to bother anyone, so I could keep doing daily fan runs until the end of the month if needed, but for them to focus on finding a replacement as I would rather not having to do that

like, I couldn't even care less about he potentially being "one of the good ones", not being able to read the room is already enough of a turn off to make me want to get out
