She's one of those women who feeds into the whole "women are crazy and irrational because of our hormones and need a man to make choices for us" bullshit so I'd say this fear is justified. Even crazier because she also touts "I'd never let a man talk to me like that" then does whatever hubby says.

She's been dealing with infertility and gone through multiple rounds of failed IVF and now is using donor eggs so I can't entirely begrudge her this, but she's also had multiple miscarriages and I don't think she's prepared for that possibility and I don't have it in me to deal with the fallout

And I would be lying if I said that I am not majorly overwhelmed like yay meeting people but also what do you mean I'm in charge of this possibly big ass group holy shit I can't even be in charge of my own calorie intake tf what was I thinking

We were joking about how it's likely to end up being a bunch of hermit ladies hyperfocusing and being too anxious to talk to strangers lol. That's why she asked, since we can be a little braver talking to new people when we've got some back-up. I'm pretty excited though!

Like now I'm considering doing the professional shoot my studio does in the fall. I've always wanted to but always felt too fat and that I'd just hate the pics even when edited professionally, but maybe this is the year

(I tried to apply a lot of sunscreen and at least my face and most of me came out ok except for my back, I'm just extremely sensitive to the sun and should probably invest in a big tent to take next time)
