Whether you love or hate his films, you can’t deny that director Adrian Lyne was the architect of the erotic thriller. It’s not easy to create that balance, to make it sexy yet have this seething layer of violence underneath. Fatal Attraction is why we get films like Babygirl.

Sebastian Stan delivers his best work yet in A Different Man. His physicality of a broken, awkward man filled with self-hatred, the emotional agony of constant rejection, and then the descent into madness when he realises the masks we wear doesn’t determine our self value. 10/10
