Suomi-Ryhmä gathered in Jyväskylä last Saturday for intense kendo practice led by Ruuhis and Henkka. I am exhausted but received good advice for what to work on!

After a kendoful weekend in Helsinki 1-4 (that's me!) passed his ikkyu exam.
When I asked for feedback afterwards, I was told that my kote himos were dangling a bit, nothing else. Guess thatss a good sign 😃
