If you have ever worked somewhere like Bristol, which has a number of very large estates with no infrastructure, you can see how inhabitants end up being completely isolated, with negative outcomes. important if you don’t want people wedded to their cars (if they can afford them in the first place)

Perhaps Tice doesn’t understand the legislation that makes it imperative for LA to provide free transport. It is a massive drain on resource. If it was better allocated so mainstream could provide for more need, it would reduce?
