The 1% are pushing quickly into conversational AI to get to the stage of being able to sway people subtly quicker. Meta and X have years of data on how/what can sway someone's sentiments the other way. Them plugging that data into the friendly bot in your pocket you rely on is not a future we want

We should have decentralised AI and social media platforms by now. Governed by everyone that uses them. The state of things right now is down to the only decent options being the ones ran by some rich clown with an agenda. That much power shouldn't be in one person's hands

It always could and should have been free. Now that China have proven it can be done on lesser hardware at lesser energy cost we need a decentralised network running an open source AI for the people. Don't let the billionaires force us to pay for it while using it to put people out of jobs.

It always could and should have been free. Now that China have proven it can be done on lesser hardware at lesser energy cost we need a decentralised network running an open source AI for the people. Don't let the billionaires force us to pay for it while using it to put people out of jobs.
