I try to maintain the "they've never heard it read aloud" mindset, but I also just listened to Cory Doctorow read Enshittification in which he pronounced Sundar Pichai's name as pin-shy or pin-chai every single time and I really can't understand how that happened. (It wasn't the only one either.)
