This does not excuse his behaviour or his responses but he is #neurodiverse and needs proper advice and support to help him to understand what has happened and not be surrounded by people pandering to his misguided response.

His response to the report, plus him ignoring past warnings about his conduct is showing traits of Oppositional Defiance Disorder which can be a trait of #autism (not everyone with autism has it).
#GreggWallace really needs to stop commenting and digging himself further in and listen to people who have his interests at heart.

Few things annoy me more than people trying to use #neurodiversity as a free pass for unacceptable behaviour as #GreggWallace is trying to do here.
