Positive outcomes: 1) no cap on lifetime care, 2) preexisting conditions clause evaporated, 3) more people received preventive care making them less sick (healthier) on admission, 4) more people in health insurance pools to cover costs, 5) hospitals remained open in our communities.

“Obamacare” required everyone to have health insurance - either through employment plans or through ACA exchanges which were partially funded by the US government.
