He didn't change course. He campaigned as one thing and served as another, like Sinema.

She's the same person who complained that your peer reviewed link wasn't peer reviewed research. I think she's just not that bright.

Or one of the other trolls told her she was being Beetlejuiced. She jumped right back on @Pdxpolicyhorizon right after someone complained about being attacked on Instagram. Weird she's not posting from her full chest like she does on all her other accounts.

Google thinks she may work at a detox center now. But she's dumb as a box of hair if she thinks Wilson's shelters connect people to treatment.

People voluntarily go into cold weather shelters and fill them. Ask yourself why they're not doing the same for Wilson's night shelters.

They have more available shelter, yes. Laudable. But they also have a reputation for rat-infested and crime ridden shelters. People still camp outside the shelters because their needs are not being met. They're also better at hiding.

Judging from her Instagram, the ladies at the lip filler and Botox place think she's great. They'd tell you this, but their lips are too puffy and their foreheads don't move.

I don't think an outdoor place with sanctioned tents is adequate. RVs, sure. Indoors - it doesn't feel like there's enough privacy with just tents, but maybe you could figure out an SRO situation. Oh, we've left shelters and started discussing social housing.

It's well known that all pit counts are undercounts.

Which won't work? I'd argue neither thing works when you fail to address the root causes. Housing is unaffordable complicated by our severe lack of behavioral support and addiction services.

It's an undercount when they're highly incentivized to hide better, but if your goal is fewer visible homeless, they definitely do a better job.

Not Wilson's shelters. He's not connecting people with services. They're just left to wander the streets in the early morning with fewer possessions and little hope they might transition to something more permanent.

That's not the reality of Wilson's shelters. They're mats or cots on a floor, and you're kicked out while it's still dark outside. He's opposed to more of the four walls and a door shelters because they are super expensive.
