Je suis en pleine revue de la littérature sur l’intubation vigile en vue d’un topo à notre congrès local. Il y a autant de protocoles que d’anesthésistes, du coup ça me donne envie d’essayer plein de choses 😅

Ça me rend fou qu’en 2025 il faille encore passer le message qu’on n’attend pas forcément les prélèvements préopératoires pour instaurer une antibiothérapie chez un patient septique 😢

Après 8 ans d’arrêt (satané essuie-glace) et en un peu moins d’un an, l’objectif des 10 km sans douleur est atteint 👌🏼

Sérieusement il faut lancer une campagne de prévention/sanctions sur les trottinettes électrique… Pas UN jour sans qu’on en admette un au déchoc en ce moment, c’est l’enfer.

J'ai donc lu les RCP pour me rafraichir les idées

When using a hyperangulated videolaryngoscope have you tried "reverse loading" a tracheal tube on to a preformed stylet?
The stylet & tracheal tube are shaped forcibly in the opposite direction to the normal curvature and to match the shape of the blade.
