My first (random) post:
I ran a X country race today.
I was my usual slow self, but no falls and felt good. Since I am member of a German T&F club, I was taking part at the Upper Bavarian X Country Championship, and in lack of other master runners, I won the title in the F50 age group. Lucky me.
