He's pretty tall and has a long green robe, as well as a fluffy collar. This fluff extends all the way to the bottom of his cape. He's got an eye on his chest. His face has two pairs of horns, one of which is curved outwarts, a goatee and a Titan eye in the middle of his face, resembling a save file.
