I don’t want to jinx it, but I’m having a nice break from non-stop feeling like hot garbage. Dysautonomia is so weird. More cane, less rollator lately. Standing up with breaks. Still very reliant on compression garments, but this is nice to stop and be thankful for. Little victories. They add up.
