Tomatoes have been disappointing this season, but watermelon vines took off & a few weeks ago, I spotted a baby on a vine that shot up a tomato cage. It needed support, & I know pantyhose are traditional, but I haven’t owned pantyhose in at least 25 years, so searched for another solution.

Annie and I both look forward to our Saturday morning Sniffventure through the neighborhood. Today we spotted a bat, a bunny, a red shouldered hawk and a fox!

Ruby crowned kinglet and bluebird. Have a fuzzy photo of a pileated woodpecker to prove I saw it, so a successful cloudy morning of birds.
