these are residential streets, not main, busy roads, mostly 40km/hr. You know, roads with few sidewalks, crosswalks, etc. & cars that think they have the right to drive 20kms over the speed limit, 60 in a 40... people in the street might slow them down... btw, cars are speeding again in school zones
