Fancy! Looks like you unscrew the gold screws and slide it into the lame. Use the paper that covers the blade to secure the blade while inserting into the lame so that you don’t cut yourself.

I totally agree Michelle! I baked this up yesterday using my starter Polly, lemon blueberry glazed loaf. Better than Starbucks inspired!

Yes! Exactly I bake in a metal 5 quart pot and don’t use traditional methods. The goal is that everyone should be able to bake bread to eat, to survive. Thank you for sharing this and me 💜

lol…your starter is possibly lying! It can act dead if it’s in the fridge. You would just need to feed it once or twice depending on how dormant it is. I’ve been at it a year. I make two loaves a week, extra if I’m gifting/selling. Come to my class I’d love to help.
