Thanks for the correction, Beth. Was definitely not me. And you're right to Hmm. This is not okay behavior. SPS has a policy to prioritize STUDENT speakers; not students' parents, using their children to subvert the intention and spirit of that policy. Adults need to get in line.

NOT ME! That was Laura Marie Rivera (no relation) who used her child to subvert SPS's policy that is meant to prioritize STUDENT speakers, not student speakers' parents.

Absolutely; unions work to negotiate fair contracts that include protections for workers. But when the farmers aren't providing the PPE that workers need, the UFW is meeting that urgent need, because if they don't, workers could die while the cases are litigated.
