I’ve been to Rwanda 8 times. First in 2005. At the time the life expectancy was 47. Now it’s 70. USAID’s work fighting malaria effected that change. I’m appalled that our government thinks these organizations are disposable, that tax cuts for the wealthy is bigger priority. We are better than this.

Just pondering. Jezebel or Martha? I don’t qualify for any other role. I really enjoy cooking and gardening. Martha’s do that. But Jezebel’s get to drink and I’m thinking that might be a necessary activity in the new world order.
