Despite being Irish I have loved all things Italian since childhood, the language, the culture, the food. Maybe Italia '90 & Football Italia have a lot to do with that. This was my latest love affair. The story, the cinematography, every shot a masterpiece, the music still gives me chills. An epic.

I first watched Gomorrah during a particularly tough time for my family. My wife was battling cancer & going through her treatment, so it was a painful & anxious time while also trying to protect 2 very young kids. This show was my little escape that year, an hour where I could totally switch off.
