Malta has been such a joy — beautiful island, wonderful people. The Maltese and so many others from around the world live and work together here with such warmth and ease. A lovely reminder of how good it feels when everyone just gets along 🇲🇹 💛

Sunday supper! Sliced chicken breast and halloumi coated in za’tar and honey with fresh figs. This was on a bed of baby salad leaves, rocket and red onion pickled in lemon juice and chill flakes with fresh mint and finished with a sprinkling of crushed pistachios!
