Haven't posted for a while. But a recent article in NATURE talking about invertebrates as ecosystem engineers caught my eye, given the small orange square in the SW of Western Australia was where I did my PhD research on ants and bioturbation. rdcu.be/d9NVa #ants #soil

A wonderful time of soils in NZ with soil judging, conference and field trip. I represented my colleagues and UNE. Met old friends and made new ones. Soil is about people.
