Well, when the government agencies that are supposed to be watchdogs are run by industry insiders - you don’t get as many prosecutions. Also, hard if not impossible to get environmental legislation passed- so that dries up. Nonprofits may have more lawsuits, but success may be limited by courts.

No longer than for anyone else. But my work as an environmental attorney will not be as productive. This is an administration that cares little about preserving our resources.
