There’s a certain vulnerability in being soft, soft, soft.

Another useful thing is to find a creative outlet.

Be it painting, dance, etc. Anything that allows you to express yourself when words fail. That’s art. Art speaks when words fail to express them.

It’s ok to be lost. It’s getting lost where you find new paths, new adventures, new solutions. Just remember to come back frequently enough.
