Which is why I still don’t understand how banning food dyes made it as far as it has in the Senate. They’re taking away all these protections, and then acting like they care about how food dye impacts our heath. Makes no sense whatsoever.

Americans are used to police and fire rescue departments turning the red, white, and blue into black and white, and then making one of the stripes blue or red (respectively), and torn and weathered flags are everywhere. They hardly recognize what desecrating a flag is, unless it’s burning.

I had shingles a few years ago (mid 50’s), and can confirm that it is extremely painful. I had chickenpox as a child, and this manifested during a high stress time. Coincidentally, it also required me to miss the performance I was stressed about.
