I would caution translating these local wins into something national. These are neighbors campaigning on what matters locally:

Rafes said their win “would not have happened without the amount of door knocking that the three of us did. We have been out knocking on doors all year.”

My take from a cursory review of results: communities with higher turnout also seemed to have more change. Local issues and candidates drove changes - IMHO.
