I highly recommend "I Like Me," the documentary on John Candy, included with Amazon Prime subscription. Good interviews and clips from TV shows and movies from the 70s-90s, even in the end credits. Sad at the end, of course, but poignant and funny throughout.

F the patriarchy! Stop dyeing your hair. It doesn't make you look younger, esp in your 70s & 80s. Get fit, eat less, make healthy choices. Compare a 2023 nature walk with box brown dyed hair to this morning: 10 months dye-free, 15 lbs lighter, finishing my walk/jog at the local parkrun (free 5K).

And we know what their cults are capable of after dehumanizing their "enemies." I shudder to think of the Jan 6th-type applicants who become ICE agents and wardens in camps like Alligator Auschwitz.
