CW: hospitals, anemia, eyes, near death

I also have a rogue perinode (?) on my thyroid which I will have to have removed. And my eyesight just became unfocused one morning so it’s hard to read and write. So I also need to see an eye specialist to try and fix the damage.

I’m very worried I will sleepwalk down the stairs which will likely end in me getting badly hurt.

I don’t know what to do.

It’s unfortunately genetic and it limits the types of food I can eat. Like I can’t eat much authentic Mexican food, for example.
