Volunteered today with the Oregon Farmworkers Union making backpacks for when they need to evacuate because of wildfires. Bags had masks, water bottles, wipes, first aid kits, whistles, batteries, flashlights, emergency blankets and electrolyte packs. What a cool project.

New members of the family! I built a mini pond to attract frogs 🐸 but alas no frogs. :( Since we are getting to mosquito season I got some goldfish instead. They will eat the bugs & make me happy. 🤷♀️

Day 3. Sleeping well at night so that’s helped. Staying on top of Tylenol & oxy schedule. Pain is ok (much better than last time). I’ve been FAMISHED since surgery. Nothing seems to fill me up. Mealtrain delivery was delicious

I’m on my way to have sinus surgery. This morning I hugged my kids extra long, cuddled my dog. Watered the yard and garden. Did a short meditation. 🧘 off I go .
