I submitted a complaint on July 1 and still have not received a response except to say you received my complaint. Customer service is impossible to get in touch with, and I've tried chatting with several individuals both online and over the phone. Please help.

I went to see Wicked yesterday. I loved until about halfway through when the person sitting next to me started coughing and blowing her nose. I started obsessing over the idea that she may have COVID and I left. Anyone else still experiencing this fear? I guess I’ll wait for streaming. 😞
