what isn't being said-the reason water ran out of the reservior was because they always did maintenance in the winter....when it used to be the rainy season. no one really paid attention to climate change and adjusted accordingly.

I just don't know. I look toward places where it worked in relatively small groups for limited time like Cuba or Rojava. how does that get scaled up? how long until human greed destroys the dreams? how do we not give into their fearful propaganda telling us to hate one another?

They're blaming 'liberal CA politicians' mandate on having to build more solar and wind power and that they neglected infrastructure which causes many fires. But, somehow these power companies post record profits with each quarter? amazing how they can walk and chew gum, eh?

there's also one along the central coast of California....on a fault line. could a better disaster movie write itself? one of our 'atmospheric rivers' overwhelms the san onofre power plant, then an earthquake...
